Fractal Audio Systems is committed to your satisfaction, offering a 15-day return window for all premium audio processors and accessories purchased directly from our online store. Products must be returned in original condition with all factory packaging and accessories to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unit in its original factory box with all foam inserts, cables, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Insurance

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer shipping carton and ship the package via a trackable carrier with full insurance coverage.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the unit for functionality and condition before issuing a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
